    I know that To Catch a Thief
    is due in November, but does anyone have any information
    regarding:

    Dial M For Murder
    Suspicion
    (Which was just on TCM today, along with...)
    I, Confess
    Stage Fright
    Under Capricorn
    Lifeboat
    Mr & Mrs Smith
    and
    Foreign Correspondant

    Suspicion is out in France (under the name Soupcons). Quality isn't crap, but isn't great either.

    I believe Houseboat arrives on 11-5. I would love to see Criterion put all of his silents in a box set.

    Warner really needs to move their asses and get their Hitchcock films out on DVD. These are guaranteed money-makers, they have no need to go look at how they sold on VHS to decide whether to release them on DVD.

    Warner seems to control rights for all of the remaining "Hollywood" Hitchcocks except for Lifeboat which resides with Fox. Under Capricorn may also be an exception, since I don't know who owns the rights to it. This thread seems to pop up every few months. Thank heavens that Paramount announced "To Catch a Thief" because the regular unreleased Hitchcock inquiries were starting to play like the old "Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead" gag from Saturday Night Live.
