IT CAME FROM HOLLYWOOD-Cancelled? (1 Viewer)

I just heard that the DVD release of IT CAME FROM HOLLYWOOD has been cancelled. Some of the DVD sellers still list it on their sites.
Does anyone know the skinny on this? Thanks!

I can tell you that Link Removed listing for this does indeed show "cancelled". No explanation is ever given, though.
Perhaps if anyone from Paramount is reading this they can enlighten us? :wink:

It seems to be almost certain that IT CAME... is cancelled, but hearing it from the horses mouth would be good.

I'll be really disappointed if IT CAME FROM HOLLYWOOD is cancelled. I have the 80's P & S LD and so hoped to get this in WS.

Unfortunately, it HAS been cancelled. Early this month, Martin Blythe of Paramount confirmed it in a post at DVDTalk. I posted that info in this thread on June 4th (see the last post), including a link to the thread at DVDTalk.

This is bad news.
I saw this long ago on HBO or somewhere.
I liked it alot, and was hoping to include it in my DVD collection.
Well, maybe next year.
on the brighter side, it does free up July 16th a bit easier.
Maybe now I'll get "The Big Bus"
