Can anyone recommend an ISF specialist around the Miami, Florida area? I would like some one with experience with the Toshiba *H80 models. I live very near to FIU or another reference would be Flager St. OH, I have the 40H80.

You are both in luck. I just happened to find a great technician and had my set calibrated last week. His name is Bob Fucci and he was recomended to me by Joel Silver himself (if you don't know who he is, he is the president of the ISF which is based in Boca Raton). Bob charges $250 per input for greyscale calibration (I think is average cost for this). He spent about 2.5 hours calibrating my Elite 710 (DVD input only) and explained everything he was doing as he did it. At first it will be a shock as he recomends turning brightness and black level way down but afterwards the colors really seem lifelike. He gives you a written copy of the before and after readings. He even called me a week later to see how I liked his work. His number is (954) 922-3667 and he is based in Hollywood. I highly recomend him but let me know if you have any specific questions.

I will recommend Bob Fucci as well. He has done my 40H80 as well as follow-ups to tweak it to the max. He's a good guy who knows his stuff. Don't hesitate get 'Fooch' to do your set.

Luis,
The set looks very good but is suffering from the common problem of a red tint on the right side of a black screen. The retailer I got it from is sending a tech out to correct this problem and then Bob is going to re-calibrate it. I sent you a private message with other information.
