ISCAN HD UNIT w/ NEC 6PG ? need help? (1 Viewer)

I have a DVDOIscan HD unit hooked to an NEC 6PG projector.

I come out of my dvd player via SDI into the HD ISCAN sdi input. I go out of my ISCAN using RGBcable.

The problem I'm having is after the dvd is put in and the menu pops up the image on my 92" screen is cut off from the right edge of the screen. I don't know why this is.
I have to go through all sorts of iscan options to get the image to finally sync up proportionally to the screen and fill it.

Has anyone experienced this problem and what can I do to correct it?

The latest is I've sent my Iscan HD unit into DVDO today. They are going to look at it and try to figure out why it does not sync up or center my image onto my screen correctly. They will either repair this one or send me out a new unit. We tried attempting to correct my problem over the phone but to no avail.

If anyone has had any experience with this kind of problem, please chime in.
