My buddy just got Direct TV installed and ordered the NFL ticket and I am thinking about buying Voom. If my buddy was to bring over one of his Direct TV boxes and hook it up to my Voom satellite would it allow us to watch Direct TV through my connections?

My buddy has Dish Net and has two houses. He pays for it at one house and takes the box with him between his places and is able to view the Dish Net service at both locations for paying for one connections. Basically what I am trying to do is, is bring a Direct TV box over to my place and watch football games every now and again on my Voom Satellite. Is that possible?

    John,
No. The satellites are in different places in the sky. You'd have to have a dish for each mounted.
