Is upcoming release of HOUSE the same transfer? (1 Viewer)

The Digital Bits is listing a June 25th release date for House and House II: The Second Story from Anchor Bay.
I was just about to pick up the current release of House (that includes a free copy of House II), but now I'm wondering if anyone knows what difference these upcoming releases (transfer, extras, etc.) will have in comparison to the previous release?

if their previous such release (the Hellraiser 2-disc tin which was followed by a separate release for part 2) is any indication, the House discs will be exactly the same.
