Is this the best $400 recieiver available? (1 Viewer)

Through some employee accommodations and other circumstances to long to go into, I can get a Yamaha HTR-5590 for just $400. My question is, can I do any better for that amount of money? It normally retails for $799 so it seems too good to pass up. I'm already spending more than my "why do you need that" girlfriend wants me to so I can't go anymore. It seems to me that, for the price, I couldn't do anywhere near that well in quality with another brand. Thanks for any input!
