Is there one great compression program? (1 Viewer)

Somebody just sent me a Stuffit (.sit) file (must be a Mac person) and apparently neither WinZip or WinRAR extracts it so I downloaded Stuffit Expander..

By any chance, is there ONE program that does everything out there, including zip, rar, tar, sit, etc?

Try searching for a program called ALzip I think its by EST Soft or something like that.
