I am not sure if one was included with the DVD. All I got was an ad for cars inside my case. I didn't see any insert with chapter stops.

Not bought this one yet, but based on previous experience Universal have dropped booklets / chapter listings
The Animal House SE had a free promo / offers in it but no booklet.
They seem to be following Universal UK who have also stopped them.
