Now that we have the network adaptor, is there a way to browse the internet through the PS2?
Nope. There was supposed to be a while ago and someone was planning to make one, but there are none out.
I thought there was suppose to be something with Real Media...
Sony, at one point, had many deals going on. Real Media was going to provide online multimedia content exclusively to the PS2. Netscape was supposed to provide a browser (at E3 2001, they even had it running, I think).
You would think there would be some kind of way or "hack" to browse the web on the PS2.
There might be a web browser for PS2 once the hard drive comes out for the PS2. From what I have heard, there is a web browser avaliable over in Japan for PS2 (The hard drive is also avaliable over in Japan for PS2).
There might be a web broswer for PS2 once the hard drive becomes avaliable outside of Japan.
My Dreamcast came with one...I guess it is just a superior machine (BTW I also have PS2 and X-Box)
And you're DC has how many titles coming out for it this month? Exactly.
Not trying to be mean, though it should be noted the DC had the modem as a pack-in, whereas the PS2 requires you to buy one.
Yeah morgan, that was kinda harsh :p)
It's not my fault Sega's not good at doing business.
