Is there a FREE software that makes vcd´s?

The only one I know of is Nero 5.5. Though it is not exactly free, it's $70, but you can download the trial version and just get a serial number. I will not tell you where you can get that number as it would probably violate the forum rules. I have created a few VCD's with it and it works great. By the way,it looks like your sig is doing the same thing as mine, must be the new software.
