Is there a single website that will tell me when the new shows are on? (1 Viewer)

Like most people I hate putting aside time to watch one of my fav shows just to sit down and find that it's a re-run.
Is there a single site that will list most shows new episode air dates?
The shows I'm most after are:
Buffy
24
CSI
John Doe
and Alias
or does anyone have good reliable links to individual sites for these shows?
The one I use for Alias right now is

Jon, I use the Magrathea/SFTV Pages. Their upcoming episodes list is usually updated every two or three weeks and can be found here. They have listings for all five of the series you're after. Unfortunately, schedule information may be getting harder to obtain as they no longer list as far into the future as they used to.
