Is there a good extension cable for Dreamcast controllers? (1 Viewer)

I think the topic speaks for itself.

I have two extension cables that I got about a year ago. They were extremely cheap (around $3Cdn). I notice that with the extension cable connected, I don't have as good in game response. There's a very small (yet noticable) lag in button presses.

Anyone know if this behaviour will be seen with all extension cables, or is there a better one to buy?

Well, because my DC is not a permanent part of my setup (it moves to various other TVs around the house, and often comes with me on trips), it doesn't have to sit in any particular place. So, what I have done is to simply extend the A/V cables and stick it on the coffee table, thus making all 4 controllers easily reachable. Although this solution will not work for everybody, it is by far the cheapest and easiest way to do it.
