is the Dawn of the Dead dvd rare? (1 Viewer)

thought this was a little odd...i put my theatrical cut Dawn of the Dead up for sale on ebay after the news of the 3-dvd set coming out (and i've watched this dvd a lot lately and figured i could wait for the new set to see it again)...started the bidding at $10 and figured i'd get around that much. Bidding is up to $31, what gives?
