Is Marantz SR6005 or Denon AVR991 a better replacement for my old Marantz SR5200 (I have Paradigm sp (1 Viewer)

Finally heard back from Pioneer about the DSP (digital engine) and they said the 1120 and Elite 32 have the same one, probably just worded differently. I'm now sure the audio, video and amplifier sections of both receivers are the same. Only differences between the two are those I've already mentioned.
