I don't know much on rumours but I remember hearing about a Freddy vs. Jason movie. Bad idea in my opinion, but I think it got either delayed or scrapped all together. So really i'm not much help [IMG]

Freddy Vs. Jason will be the next Freddy (and Jason film). The film, which has been rumoured/planned for years is finally getting somewhat off the ground now, but when we finally see the film, it won't be for a while (one reason New Line is delaying it, due to some weird clause in their Jason contract, they have to release Freddy Vs. Jason [or any Jason film for that matter, IIRC] a year after the previous Jason film, Jason X).

I agree that the idea of a 'Freddy vs Jason' movie is a bad one. I mean everybody knows Freddy would pulverize Jason in a showdown![IMG]

The way i see it you can't-not have another Nightmare movie in the future.I just hope it's Freddy from 1-6 and not that imposter wanna-be Freddy from WCNN.

    As for FVs.J:

I hear NL has a script they like, but i've heard that line man many many times before.

This is a very good idea for a movie, but it's a bitch to get on paper.

I won't believe it until the end credits roll in the theater.......
