Is HD DVD worth it for an ED set?

I have a Panasonic Enhanced definition plasma screen. For dvds it looks fantastic. I run an HD signal throuigh it and it looks much better than digital cable but that's not too hard.

With HD DVD on the horizon, will I see a great improvement over DVD? Or will my set's slighly lower resolution make the point moot?

Have you tried watching over-the-air or subscription HD programming on it? That would be an easy test.

I have an ED projector and HD programming still looks better than DVD.

Right. Even on the InFocus X1, HD content looks very nice indeed.

    Greetings

HD DVD will look better than OTA HD which is better than DVD on any plasma set.

3>2>1 ... and you have to ask if 3 is greater than 1 too? [IMG]
