Every Altman film needs to be available on BD; chronologically, historically and contextually; good, bad or indifferent.

As for me, a 4K/UHD of “Gosford Park” and “M*A*S*H” is all that I ask.

With no negative and only 2nd and 3rd gen sources for MASH, I don't think they can better the blu-ray all that much and even that looked pretty damn terrible.

No negative? I never knew that. I wonder what the history was that delivered M*A*S*H to this fate? Was the OCN stressed due to the films popularity or was it mishandled? And what went wrong with the care of the surviving elements? Very sad to learn of this and it’s current state.
