I ordered this from cheap-cds.com yesterday and hope to have it next week. Anyone else buying this and if you have it what do you think?

Well, I understood the Frampton is a single layer disc and those discs aren't the problem even with the Crest discs.

If a disc is a surround release, here is my preference:

1) DVD-A
2) non-Crest hybrid SACD
3) non-hybrid SACD

Crest hybrid = no buy.

If a disc is stereo-only, here is my preference:

1) non-Crest hybrid SACD
2) DVD-A
3) non-hybrid SACD

Since the Frampton disc is surround, and available in both formats, I'll get DVD-A.

I already have this disc, but haven't listened to it yet.

I can confirm, though, that it is a single layer 2-SACD set... and the discs ARE NOT pressed by Crest.:emoji_thumbsup: :emoji_thumbsup: :emoji_thumbsup:

Then, why the hell is it TWO SACDs??? I'm sure that it will be only 1 DVD-A. The album (even WITH the bonus tracks) just isn't that long. Looks like it will be DVD-A for me.
Will this also be the case with Tommy & Goodbye Yellow Brick Road?:frowning:
