Is $1160 Canadian a good price for the B&W ASW 2500 Sub? (1 Viewer)

I am looking for a sub to complement CDM 1NT's in a room that is 10x15. The sub needs to be small so as to pass the obligatory WAF. I have a chance at getting an ASW 2500 sub for $1160 Canadian (roughly $740 US) is this a decent deal? Is there any other small subs with comparable or better performance for that kind of money. I have read a lot about the rel strata 3 but that sub would cost $2000 Canadian so I don't know if it would be worth the extra money? Any help is greatly appreciated.
