Does anyone know what cable I need to connect my IR-Out on my receiver to my IR-In on my dvd player?

I am doing this for multi-room purposes with the A-Bus Ready HK AVR430. Supposidly without any additional IR emitters, just the IR-Out to IR-In, I can control my dvd/cd player from my A-Bus keypad in a seperate room.

    Thanks!

http://www.russound.com/abus.htm has some useful info and I'm sure they have an E-Mail (or phone number) where a customer can get information on how to connect their products.

It's usually a mini jack - available at Ratshack.

Mono 1/8" mini jack cable should work. Make sure its mono though as the stereo ones usually don't work

Oh and Andrew Pratt, great HT setup. I have been looking at converting my room into more of a HT looking room and your layout looks amazing. I have a space to the left of my TV that would work perfect for how you have your rack set up.

    Congrats!
