Case or screen?WTH??
After owning for just over a week , I have a bunch of scratches on my 11 Max Pro already!!
I had my iPhone 6 for 6 years with NO scratches!
very angry right now.
This now baffles me. Come on Apple. I can understand in the early days of iPhone, when there wasn't a huge body of evidence and data as to how people use their phones and what kind of physical contact they go through in an "average everyday life" of a phone, that sometimes they'd design something for aesthetics and, whoops, found out later it could scratch under normal use.WTH??

Screen. And I’m super careful.Case or screen?
Screen. And I’m super careful.
Something has gone very wrong if the latest iteration of Corning's Gorilla Glass is damaged so easily. Something is wrong in the manufacturing of the glass or something is wrong with the surface coatings.
Is there any sense of whether the scratches are in the glass itself or just the surface coating?
Mine is in a case. It’s the screen that’s scratched. I didn’t use a screen protector on my 6 and it never got scratched. That's why I always recommend putting the phones in cases

No worries. I wonder if there’s anything Apple will do about this.Apologies. Did not realize it was the glass
