    hey all -

    is there a setting somewhere so that IE will remember the stuff you type in fields? so, like if i type the letter "a", a list pops up with stuff starting with that letter.

    i seem to remember, that when you have a fresh install, IE prompts you if you want that feature turned on...? anyway, my girlfriend has a pc she's using and she would like that option.

    thx in advance,

    ted

    Yes, in IE 6, the auto complete feature is located in:
    Tools->Internet Options->Content->Auto Complete
