Projector Central has a review of the new Sanyo PLV Z2 and they love it.

Not bad for a projector that can be had for under $2000.

Yep. Its quite good. The Panasonic AE500 is bound to show up in the US soon also. Its similar of course, but with Panasonics "smooth screen" technology which almost eliminates screen door. With these two projectors out, high res HD quality projectors with good contrast are really going to make a lot of people very happy

It is these types of products, and the attractive prices that go with them, that have me biting at the bit to start construction on a dedicated theater so that I can get into front projection heaven!
