I have a home theatre with a 7.2 Denon Receiver powering the surround sound.

I also have a Integra DTM 5.3 which powers 4 AuraSound ProBass Shakers. I want to upgrade it since it does not have modern inputs (HDMI) etc...

Any suggestions on a replacement/Upgrade for my Integra Amp?

Thanks In Advance.

I don't understand what you're asking. You say you have a Denon receiver for the system and have the Integra, which is also a receiver, powering the shakers. The Integra is also a receiver, not just an amp. Normally you wouldn't have two receivers in a system unless you were just using one as an amp, but then there wouldn't be any need for hdmi on that receiver.

I was originally trying to run 2 outputs from the Cable box, PS4 and FireStick...one output to each receiver.

I may need to buy a new primary receiver and run the Integra amp as a Zone 2 amp. My current Denon does not have a Zone 2 RCA outputs.

I'm also having a sync issue with the audio between the two amps. The Integra is a half second faster than the Denon which drives me crazy. Switching to the Zone 2 solution may fix this too.

Receivers are simply not designed to do what you have in mind. You can sometimes cobble them together and get what you want, but it's usually easier and better to use a regular amplifier to drive the shakers.

If you run the same signal by hdmi into two different receivers, in one system, you are almost guaranteed to have sync problems.

Ok. Good to know. Any suggestions on a regular amp for the shakers?

I didn't have any sync issues until I upgraded my Projector (Now; JVC DLA-NX5) and switched out the HDMI cables to 4k compatible ones.

This has me stumped...but I will keep troubleshooting cables and amps.

If you describe how the components are connected, someone can probably help.
