Installinsg SNMP service (1 Viewer)

Hi ALL I recently purchased a new system VIA P4PB 400 mb P4 2.40 ghz 256 ram. My problem is I wanted to install Flightdeck a overclocking program,BUT when I install it says I need a SNMP service and asks me do I want to manually install then it takes me to the network properties screen and I dont see a SNMP service listed just 3 listed.
I emailed the VIA website and they said I need the windows ME disk and when I install the Program it would ask for the windows disk but it doesnt it asks me if I want to manually install my question is HOW do I install the SNMP service I looked on the windows disk but didnt see it there.
my specs are VIA P4 PB400mb, P4 2.40 ghz, 256 ram, Geforce 4 mx Windows ME
