Inside Television's Greatest -- What Happened?? (1 Viewer)

There was a series of Inside Television's Greatest from Goldhil that included:

1) Inside Television's Greatest: Cheers
2) Inside Television's Greatest: Hill Street Blues / L.A. Law
3) Inside Television's Greatest: I Love Lucy TV
4) Inside Television's Greatest: Mary Tyler Moore / Bob Newhart
5) Inside Television's Greatest: The Addams Family / The Munsters

I have seen release dates that have spanned 6/2/2002 to 7/3/2002. However it seems only the Cheers one has been released. DVD Empire claims that I Love Lucy and Addams Family are no longer available. Some guy on Amazon wants 45 bucks for the discs. Were these ever released? Are they yet to be released? Dave Lambert, do you know?

All I know is that I too have kept an eye out for these at retailers and e-tailers, and never see any of them, not even Cheers.

I suspect that a rights issue or two might've caught up to them, but who knows?
