On my previous receiver, a Pioneer Elite 35TX, I could rename many of the inputs - i.e, Video 1 displays Panansonic RP62, DVD/LD displays Malata DVD, etc. This was essential since I had to reassign several of the digital inputs to multiple devices of the same type (2 DVD players, 1 DVD recorder, etc).

I cannot find this feature in the manual for the 1014. Am I missing something obvious?

    Thanks in advance.

The only labels you can change are the radio station names.

I was also suprised to lose this feature when going from an Elite 43TX to the 1014TX, but it's not a huge deal. The only source I have that doesn't match the preset input name is my PS2 which I have on DVR/VCR.
