Ok found a lamp and will be ordering. How would you suggest cleaning the color wheel? Looks a little dusty. Any suggestions?

gentle, clean, compressed air, would be my suggestion.

Barring that, an extremely light touch with a camel-hair brush-squeeze-bulb (used to be sold in photo-stores.) The camel-hair brush is very soft, and the squeeze-bulb'll give you a gentle, clean 'puff' of air.
