What is your return policy on defects, etc.? Restocking fee?

The sale we cannot say how long it will last, but it will go on until Christmas we are preparing. Things are moving quickly. Our return policy is for defective returns only. There are no restocking fees on defective returned merchandise and return postage is on us. We do not have a particular defective pixel policy as of yet. We take it on a case by case basis as we have yet to have any returns for bad pixels if thats what you are referring to. Most love this unit. Just remember if you want to use the digital capablility of this unit you have to use VGA or use the M1 to DVI converter cable.

I do believe we have it as a pullown option directly on the page We also offer a DVI/M1 10 foot cable.

We also offer extended warranties that I have to put up...so much stuff and so little time lol.

We also have a ton of different DVI and HDMI cables from GEFEN, Pheonix Gold, Monster, Better Cables, Acoustic Research, Steren, ETC. They also make an M1-HDMI converter as well I do do believe.
