Color, Tint, Gamma, Sharpness etc..., anything else you've changed from the default settings.

I know viewing conditions are different for everyone, I am just curious.

I guess I should start, but I lost power last weekend and every was reset (stragely enough, I thought my settings would have been saved).

Come on fellows, at the very least contrast, brightness, color and tint? Just the basic stuff.

The settings for the DVD player are not changed from the default, but for HD I had to knock the contrast down to about 35.

Projector settings are almost useless since a lot will depend on your screen size, the material of the screen, the gain of the screen, the amount of ambient light, and so on.

With that caveat, here's my settings:

Screen: 96" DIY gray; with an approximate gain of 0.8:

    Contrast: 54
    Brightness: 54
    Color: 79
    Tint: 39

Everything else is at the factory defaults!

Over DVI using Digital Video Essentials WTW and BTB tests.

    Contrast 65
    Brightness 49

What is everyone else using to set their picture settings?

For analog connections, everyones settings shouldn't always be the same due to many things. I wouldn't use anyone else's picture settings over my analog connections due to varying factors such as dvd player, voltage level, display, etc.

I wouldn't touch Gains and Offsets unless you have the proper equipment to correctly adjust them (otherwise, you will throw off the D65k calibration that the 4805 is already set to).
