Can individuals get this free 10 day evaluation or only retailers? Why does the for mask for a retailer address?

Forgive if this sounds silly but can't you just buy it at Best Buy and return it within 30 days if you don't like it? Would the bulb life be a factor?

I'm in canada and the stores only sell 2 models and that's probably only online. Also I would prefer trying it at home for a few hours than watching it only a few minutes in a store to see if I can see the rainbow effect and if it bothers me.
