The words "Star Trek" probably should have been in the thread title.

Jeff, you're right. I submitted too fast and realized afterwards I should have added Star Trek. Could an Admin help me here?

    Thanks, Nelson

Yes, I wanted to point out that the least of his work IMO was on Star Trek, he was a lead force behind Projects Unlimited and worked on many film and television projects ranging from Outer Limits to 7 Faces of Dr. Lao, from Dinosaurus! to The Land of the Lost, from Tom Thumb to the elaborate headdress that he designed for Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra.

Mr. Chang was a true artist who will not be forgotten soon by most in the FX community and any FX fan worth his salt should know his name.

If any of you have seen the direct-to-video release Inside Star Trek: The Real Story, based on the Robert Justman and Herbert Solow book of the same name, it has some interview footage with Wah Chang in the documentary. He had some great insights to share on his work on the series.

By the way, Paramount, if you're listening, you need to put this documentary on one of your upcoming Star Trek: TOS season DVD box sets. It's a must.
