I Was Wondering...
With Infinity getting ready to release the Beta Series soon,That probably means that the prices of the Alpha's would be dropping...
I am going to upgrade from my Entra Series(that I'm happy with),Was thinking about Paradigm's...
I Was wondering if anyone has any opinions about the Alpha's and how they compare to a entry level Paradigm set up.(including sub)
...I plan to demo a Alpha & Paradigm set up soon...
I was hoping to grab some opinions...
...btw my current reciver is the HK AVR 110

Do you mind if I ask you how you liked your Entras? I've been looking at a set of Entra Threes and their center channel.

I like the Entra's fine,they work great in my room(14x15)
the center channel is fine,especially if your room/area is not very large...like mine...
If properly calibrated,the Entra's should do fine...
No complaints about the Entra sub either(for a small room)

Take a look at www.axiomaudio.com. Much more bang for your buck than Infinity, and will work well with your H/K.

I like the look of the Epic 40 & 50's....
Not too big...but big enough...

It looks like my current HK would be a good fit,maybe a demo is in order...

My Infinity Entras work fine for home theater and movies, but really kinda grate on me when it comes to jazz...

Having heard both lines, the Alphas are a huge step-up from the Entras, especially for music. Discounted, the Alpha 50's would be a great value...
