Infinity il120S subwoofer fuses (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I had to replace 3 blown fuses today in my Infinity IL120s (500 watt) sub.I have had the sub for exactly 1 year to the day,also happens to be my b-day! Could this be a possible short whithin the unit itself ? Thanks to anyone who has an answer .

Usually means the amp is bad. It should have a 5 year on it. You may have to bring it to a service center, or send it in to infinity.

Does that normally happen when the sub volume is to loud for to long ? ie : 3 LOUD movies in a row.
