Infinity BU120 Sub Problem, Need Help! (1 Viewer)

Hello I have had this sub afor 2 years and have had no problems until now. A few weeks ago it started to go in and out with little feedback noises and then stoped working completely. I checked the fuse and saw it was bad so I changed it. As soon as I pluged it back in it blew again.

What can I do about this?

I'm guessing your sub is no longer under warranty?
Well, it's likely that there's something blown in there that's creating a short circuit, which is letting current flow in a way not intended. So, you keep blowing fuses. EVen if you open it up, it might not be visually obvious what the problem is, plus it might not be an easy/cheap fix.
So, long story short, it looks like you might be out a sub. You do have the option of replacing the plate amp, as the speaker itself is probably unharmed.
Otherwise, you might think about a sub this Christmas
