INFINITY Beta SW12 Subwoofer - Vrs. SVS (1 Viewer)

Wondering if anyone has ever had a chance to demo Infinitys Beta lineup of subwoofers, mainly the Infinity SW12. Looking on paper the power seems good, although perhaps not as deep in the freq department as SVS but not much is. One reason I bring up this debate is because the SVS is around $275 more, and obviously that is an amount that would make you consider another sub, even if its on paper for a bit. Would you say the SVS PB12 would be a much better purchase, or close call? I'm thinking since this is one of the higher infinity subs that are offered, Hopefully the built quality is good and up to it

I have experience with Infinity IL120s subwoofer, which is basically same 12" CMMD WITH a 500 watt amp. I am more than satisfied with it. Excellent bass and very good build quality.

Just trying to correlate the $275 you mentioned.
