Infernal Affairs 3 audio problem (1 Viewer)

Has anybody gotten a definitive answer on the possibility of an Infernal Affairs 3 DVD re-release with a proper audio sync? I've been holding off on picking up the disc because I'd much rather have a version where the audio problem has been corrected.
