The double digipack that was release back in october 2003 is the same as the 5 Star version. The only thing different, from what I´m told is, that all the hidden Easter Eggs are now availble from the menu.

As I don´t have the double digipack myself it would be nice if someone would be so kind to confirmed it in this thread.

I think I'll be getting that DTS Ultimate Edition when it comes out! Since you live in Taiwan is this version exclusive to us in R3, exclusive to R1 or will everyone get this?

Any additional info on what special features will be included and if the video transfer will be new?

It isn't for region 01 but for region 02 Japan.
In Japan many Ultimate Editions are released like Ronin and Terminator 1.

I can tell you that they are realy worth the price

It will only be available in Japan. R1 is getting a limited edition, but I´m not sure if it´s going to have a dts track. It´s also coming out in DTS versions on R2Europe, R3 and R4, although no UE.

Personally, I´m leaning towrads the 2 disc digipak. The best packaging

The 5 Star and the Digipak are the same. However, I read n a review somewhere that the Eastereggs now have been made available on the menu on the Digipak. But as I don´t have either of them I cannot confirm this.

The Limited Edition is a joke.
