I received this link via email, and unlike many email 'pass-alongs', this one is very good. It's a collection of photographs roughly chronicling the WTC catastrophe. It is very well done and surprisingingly powerful, IMO.

Thanks for the warning.
Sorry for not giving a clearer heads-up. I guess I thought that the general warning of "WTC catastrophe" covered things pretty well.
To be pedantic, though, "incredible" is accurate:
"So implausible as to elicit disbelief" http://www.dictionary.com/cgi-bin/di...erm=incredible
Better late than never, then: These pictures are shocking, distressing, and unsettling. The pictures include scenes of the airplanes crashing into the towers, towers burning, collapsing, people stumbling out of the ash, and individuals leaping from the upper floors of the towers. They depict, so far as photographs can, the horror of the attacks last week.
But they are not gratuitous, flippant or disrespectful. I was impressed with the respect shown, despite the online format. I was also moved by the pictures -- they helped me better understand and accept the reality of these tragic events. And helped me grieve the loss of those I didn't know.
