In the market for a new receiver. (1 Viewer)

Here is the deal. I bought a HT-S650 from onkyo about 3 years ago and now the receiver(HT-R500) is dead. All the speakers(SKS-HT500)still work fine. I just need to find a new receiver equal or better to what I had.
requirements:
3 digital inputs:3 optical or 2 optical 1 coaxial.
Multichannel input
Video Monitor Out

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I'll be the first to say that that receiver is pretty kick ass, but it is way out of my price range. I’m looking for something in the $200 range perhaps $300 range.

If you aren't scared off by Onkyo, I'd say the TX-sr502 might be a good choice.

YEa .. I'm looking at a refurb Onkyo 502 for $163 shipped. Also thought about a refurb Denon 1803 for around 200 shipped.
