In D2X, how rare is the "Demon Cowl Circlet"? (1 Viewer)

Just found this recently in Tal Rasha's Tomb. It's a Lvl 24 unique. It adds approx. 28-45 fire damage, poison reduce by 50%, +7 Strength and 22 charges of Level 1 Telekinesis. Am I getting all excited about an above average piece?

Update: Forgot to mention I'm playing one level above Normal. Would that be Nightmare or Hell?

Edit: I thought it was a unique, but it's a rare (yellow) item instead.

Sadly, It's not worth anything but the gold that Gheed will give you for it.

Keep trying, do some Andy or Meph runs for decent items
