I have decided to go with Rotel seperates for my future setup, which includes...

Paradigm Studio 60's
Paradigm Studio CC
Paradigm Studio 20's

I have decided to go with the Rotel RSP-1066 preamp/processor and the Rotel RMB-1075 amplifier. I decided to go with seperates because of there superiority over A/V receivers. How will this go over? Is there anything out there in these Rotel's price range that will compete or be better?

Nice system.

A RMB-1075 with a Denon AVR-3803 used as a pre/pro would be a little less expensive and give you the option of using two channels of its amplification for back surround duty.

Outlaw's system is competitive too, especially now they have a 100 watt 7 channel amplifier to go with the Model 950. Much less expensive than the Rotel setup this way.

Thanks Mark...I can get the Rotel for $1300, I don't know the exact cost on the denon but thats pretty close am I right? The Rotel does 7.1 as well. Thanks again!

P.S. I can get the amp for $850

Rotel RMB-1075 + Rotel RSP-1066 is an excellent combo
I agree completly with Harris. I have had my 1066/1075 combo for 5 months and it is much better than the laundry list of receivers that i have tried over the past 18 months.
Arthur,
That's pretty close to the deal i got on the 1066/1075. You won't be dissapointed in the sound dept. Congrats and good luck!

That is pretty much the same combo I have except I am using the 1055 as a pre pro instead of the 1066.
Absolutely no complaints and I can tell you now that it goes real well with paradigm.
