This week has been a rough week personally, so I was greatly heartened to recieve the news in the headline.
Backstory: Jim Hill Media is a website devoted to popular culture, with an emphasis on Disney in particular. I've been following Jim Hill's work for years now, and at the same time, I've been wanting to join a website as a writer of articles (I already do reviews for The 80s Movies Rewind). After having sent Jim and his creative director Cory Mitchell letters expressing my interest in writing for them, Mitchell wrote back to me asking if I would be interested in writing book reviews for them, in addition to doing some of my own articles. I love books, so I jumped at the opportunity. Within a matter of weeks, I'll be embarking on a journey as a book reviewer. Wish me luck.
