I'm confused.. is "The Program" with James Caan out on DVD or not? (1 Viewer)

A lot of websites that I've been to say that 1993's "The Program" with James Caan was supposed to be released on 9/3/2002. The thing is, I haven't heard of any mention of it, and it doesn't even exist on Amazon or Circuit City's website, to my knowledge. A guy over at the DVDSewer forum said he picked it up at Best Buy. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen/picked it up? If so, where did you get it? Was it easy to find, readily available?

Yeah, I got it at Best Buy, it was $6.99, too cheap to pass up (also got Capatin Ron and Mr. Destiny @ that price!)

I watched it last night.
The "Freeway" Scene is NOT on the DVD.
