CLEOPATRA---SOUND OF MUSIC---MY FAIR LADY---PATTON---WEST SIDE STORY---WIND AND THE LION---DOCTOR DOLITTLE --HELLO DOLLY--KINGDOM OF HEAVEN---LAWRENCE OF ARABIA----THELMA AND LOUISE--.SPARTACUS.---SOUTH PACIFIC Since Disney owns most of these films I'm a bit worried.
Marnie
Vertigo
The Birds
The Trouble With Harry
North By Northwest
Planet Of The Apes (1968)
Patton
The Time Machine (1960)
The Great Escape
Gun Fight At The Ok Corral

All need to be done properly though. Give them all the same treatment & end results as 4K 2001, The Shining or The Wizard Of Oz! Then press those 4K discs & watch the steady income stream over many years to come as more & more people discover 4K discs are way better than 4K streams !!!

A lot of posters also had mentioned titles of similar interest so I didnt want to sound redundant, plus Godzilla is my spirit animal

I realize most of those werent even made for 4K so i'll just keep begging for at least a BD for the ones that still didnt make it. But i only want 4K if its done right, no idiotic revisionism, none whatsoever. I'd rather have a good BD, than a bad 4K BD ruined by HDR and whatnot.

Interesting that The Godfather and Gone with the Wind keep popping up, as you have Robert Harris on record saying that 4K would provide no benefit to those titles, and they shouldn't be released on the format.

GWTW is my favourite film, but that's why I didn't add it to my list.

...wanting all the Star Trek films seem popular...so I will also echo that sentiment.

I'm excluding films that are already available to stream in 4K (which disqualifies the Star Wars films, Heat, Lawrence, Chinatown, Wrath of Khan, etc.)

Lord of the Rings Trilogy (albeit remastered/recolored/re-composited from a new true 4K DI)
The Thing
Minority Report
The Master
Vertigo
Se7en
Spartacus
West Side Story

Oh, and The Devils. But that's never going to happen.

Runners up:

The Abyss
True Lies
Titanic
Indiana Jones
Baraka / Samsara
Sleeping Beauty

You have to remember that these are being delivered by Santa Claus.

Samsara and West Side Story are available for 4k streaming on itunes, too but then a UHD disc would be much nicer.

My choices would be mostly if not all 70mm or VistaVision titles (or maybe 3-strip Cinerama for a few). Many worthy titles are simply not going to be much helped by 4K over Blu-ray.
