    Perhaps in the summer, but definitely not right now! If you were suggesting one for next week, then it's obvious you don't live in a place that gets snow [​IMG]

    I happened to be in Bogota last year as this event was taking place. It was truly amazing to witness a city of this size (five million plus) with no motorized vehicles of any kind in operation. There was also a very festive atmosphere with food, dances, etc...
    I think it would be very interesting to see them try something like this in the USA. Can you picture this event NY, Chicago, or even LA? [​IMG]
    Camilo Camacho is a member here who happens to be from the great city of Bogota. Perhaps he will chime in with his thoughts.

    I am right outside NYC and I'm still biking to work [​IMG] earlier this week it was 16°F (not including wind chill) and I had a blast biking in. But then again, I always have a blast when I'm biking to work....
    I kind of wish I was in california, only cause the politicians/employers seem to be geared towards giving incentives (tax credits, etc) for people who bike. I wish my employer/state would follow their lead!
