There are some CDs I'm looking for that Amazon.com in Germany has. But I can't read German. Anyone have any tips for how to do this? [IMG]

    Thanks!

    YES!!!!

On Amazon.de's home page click on the "hilfe" (help) icon. On the help page is a section called "Information for English Speaking Customers". Please make a post after you order and let us all know how the service was. Amazon.ca is fantastic!

    It's not that tough.

I'm now becoming fluent in Korean, German, Norweigan, French, Japanese, Russian, and Canadian. [IMG]

The key is in the pictures and good guessing. Babelfish is helpful occasionally as well.

Awesome, thanks. Yeah, I have used the US version enough, that as a last resort, I'd just try to hack my way through it. Darn all those French classes in high school and college. [IMG]

Cool, hilfe. I will post back.

I have some very good friends who live in Germany (I was his best man at his wedding); if you run into trouble I'll give you his email address. He is very fluent in English and I am sure he would be happy to help out.

I will warn you : shipping from Germany is pretty stiff. Almost as much as a single disc.

I muddled through the site when I ordered the 10-disc Laurel & Hardy box set (highly recommended), but I sure wish they had an English version.

Grant- Thanks, I might just take you up on that.

Alan, I hear ya. [IMG] The problem is that I have searched far and wide for the 3 discs I'm looking for, and I have only found them in Germany. Right now, I have an order in through GEMM to a German place, but I haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. I need to make sure that nothing will come of that, then I'll just go for Amazon. So at this point, price is less of a concernt han just being to get the 3 CDs at all.
