IE 4.0, how to stop "flipovers" (1 Viewer)

How do I stop pages that have finished loading an item from flipping to the top of the window pile? I find this AMAZINGLY annoying, especially when there are a million little items to load

I think this is just down to how Windows manages itself Jeff. We still use W95 at work on desktops and I notice it to be more of a problem there than on my Win2000 box here at home.
The smart-arse-answer-that-doesn't-really-help would be 'try Opera'.

Yeah, every browser (including Opera) I've tried does this. AGGGGH!

It's comforting to know I'm not the only one who finds this "AMAZINGLY annoying". It's little things like that that make you wonder what kind of morons they hire over at the big M.
