Ideas for adjustable black screen border? (1 Viewer)

I currently have a painted screen for which I can adjust the black border via rollers to adjust to the different wide screen format ratios. It works but think it could be better somehow. Any resources for motorized versions of adjustable borders or suggestions for methods that others have used for their theaters?

I always use curtains, a couple of times I helped to make them. No motors though. But it comes out looking so classy. Front projector were are talking about right?
